The crowd at Monday's non-league bout between the Woodgrove Wolverines (Purcellville, VA) and the host Tuscarora Huskies (Leesburg, VA), saw Woodgrove's volleyball squad beat Tuscarora by a tally of 3-1.

With the win, Woodgrove upgrades its record to 7-1 on the year. The Wolverines travel to John Champe (Aldie, VA) to play the in a non-league bout on Wednesday, September 21. The go into the bout with a record of 2-8. John Champe lost 3-0 in their recent league bout against Freedom (South Riding, VA)

The Huskies now own a 0-8 record. They play next when they travel to Broad Run for a Dulles bout on Tuesday, September 20. Tuscarora will play a Spartans squad coming off a 3-1 non-league loss to Briar Woods (Ashburn, VA). The Spartans record now stands at 6-8.
