The Red Riders now hold a 9-2 record. They play next when they host North Marion for a non-league test on Saturday, September 23.

With the loss, Steubenville drops to 3-6 on the season. The Big red host Catholic Central (Steubenville, OH) to meet the Crusaders in a Ohio Valley (OVAC) test on Thursday, September 21. The Crusaders come into the test with a record of 7-2. Catholic Central won 9-0 in their recent league test against Edison (Richmond, OH)
