The Rio Grande Ravens volleyball team scored 2 points and limited the visiting Highland Hornets to 0 in the Ravens non-league victory on Tuesday.
The Ravens now have a 2-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to East Mountain for a non-league game on Thursday, September 21. Rio Grande will meet a Timberwolves team coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Belen (Belen, NM). The Timberwolves record now stands at 1-5.
The Hornets (2-2) will now prepare for their game against Valley (Albuquerque, NM). The Vikings enter the non-league game with a 2-2 record. In their last game, Valley gained a win over Belen (Belen, NM), 2-1, in a non-league game.
