The Lions now hold a 1-1 record. They play next when they host Nantucket for a Cape and Islands test on Thursday, September 21. St. John Paul II will meet a Whalers squad coming off a 5-0 league loss to Nauset Regional (North Eastham, MA). The Whalers record now stands at 1-2.

With the loss, Cape Cod Academy drops to 1-3 on the season. The Seahawks travel to Dennis-Yarmouth Regional (South Yarmouth, MA) to meet the Dolphins in a non-league test on Friday, September 22.
