Catholic Central Crusaders (Steubenville, OH) fans were thrilled Tuesday as they observed their soccer team knock off the host Oak Glen Golden Bears (New Cumberland, WV), 3-1 in a league challenge.

Next, the Crusaders confront the John Marshall Monarchs (Glen Dale, WV) in a Two Rivers challenge, on Thursday, October 5. Catholic Central will attempt to better on its 7-1 season record.

The Golden Bears now have a 3-7 record. They take the field next when they host Tyler for a non-league challenge on Thursday, September 21. Oak Glen will confront a Knights team coming off a 8-1 league loss to John Marshall (Glen Dale, WV). The Knights record now stands at 1-9.
