The Fairland Dragons soccer team scored 8 points and limited the host Ignite Athletics Flames to 0 in the Dragons non-league victory on Tuesday.
Next, the Dragons face the Portsmouth Trojans (Portsmouth, OH) in a Ohio Valley contest, on Thursday, September 21. Fairland will attempt to better on its 6-5 season record. The Trojans enter the contest with a 5-5 record after their 7-3 non-league win over Western (Latham, OH).
The Flames now have a 2-4 record. They take the field next when they host Covenant for a non-league contest on Friday, September 22. Ignite Athletics will face a Eagles team coming off a 6-1 non-league loss to Ohio Valley Christian (Gallipolis, OH). The Eagles record now stands at 1-6.
