Gretna East Griffins (Gretna, NE) backers exited the stadium thrilled Tuesday as they saw their softball squad run past the visiting Buena Vista (Omaha, NE), 14-1 in a non-league challenge.

The Griffins now own a 12-8 record. They take the field next when they travel to Papillion-LaVista South for a non-league challenge on Wednesday, September 20. Gretna East will battle a Titans squad coming off a 11-0 league win over Bellevue West (Bellevue, NE). The Titans record now stands at 12-8.
