The Commerce Tigers routed the visiting Oklahoma Union Cougars softball squad by a count of 7-2 in Tuesday's league battle.

The Tigers (8-14) will now prepare for their battle against Nowata (Nowata, OK). The Ironmen go into the non-league battle with a 3-16 record.

The Cougars now sport a 7-21 record. They play next when they travel to Pawhuska for a non-league battle on Thursday, September 21. Oklahoma Union will meet a Huskies squad coming off a 9-0 non-league loss to Preston (Preston, OK). The Huskies record now stands at 10-8.
