The Pattonsburg Panthers softball team scored 13 runs and limited the host Stanberry Bulldogs to 5 in the Panthers non-league victory on Tuesday.

The Panthers (8-4) will now prepare for their bout against Mercer (Mercer, MO). The Cardinals go into the non-league bout with a 3-4 record. In their last bout, Mercer notched a victory over Grundy County (Galt, MO), 12-3, in a non-league bout.

The Bulldogs now possess a 1-10 record. They play next when they host Gallatin for a non-league bout on Thursday, September 21. Stanberry will confront a Bulldogs squad coming off a 8-5 non-league loss to South Harrison (Bethany, MO). The Bulldogs record now stands at 4-3.
