The Animo Pat Brown Gryphons topped the visiting Magnolia Science Academy Carson Vipers volleyball team by a score of 3-0 in Tuesday's non-league test.
The Gryphons now have a 4-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host Alliance Bloomfield for a non-league test on Friday, September 22. Animo Pat Brown will confront a Bulls team coming off a 3-0 league win over Academia Avance (Los Angeles, CA). The Bulls record now stands at 4-8.
The Vipers (1-1) will now prepare for their test against San Gabriel Mission (San Gabriel, CA). The Pioneers enter the non-league test with a 5-7 record. In their last test, San Gabriel Mission gained a win over Serra (Gardena, CA), 3-1, in a league test.
