Nebraska High School Volleyball - Bruning-Davenport/Shickley over Shelby-Rising City

Bruning-Davenport/Shickley Eagles (Bruning, NE) backers left the game in high spirits Tuesday as they observed their volleyball squad top the visiting Shelby-Rising City Huskies (Shelby, NE), 2-0 in a non-league match.

Next up, the Eagles battle the Meridian Mustangs (Daykin, NE) in a Crossroads match, on Thursday, September 21. Bruning-Davenport/Shickley will attempt to better on its 8-3 season record. The Mustangs come into the match with a 10-1 record after their 3-0 non-league win over East Butler (Brainard, NE).

With the loss, Shelby-Rising City drops to 8-5 on the campaign. The Huskies host High Plains (Polk, NE) to battle the Storm in a non-league match on Thursday, September 21. The Storm come into the match with a record of 8-5. High Plains won 2-0 in their recent non-league match against Elba (Elba, NE)
