The crowd at Tuesday's league bout between the Clayton-Ridge Eagles (Guttenburg, IA) and the host West Central Blue Devils (Maynard, IA), saw Clayton-Ridge's volleyball squad nip West Central by a tally of 3-2.

With the win, Clayton-Ridge upgrades its record to 7-11 on the year. The Eagles travel to MFL MarMac (Monona, IA) to play the Bulldogs in a Upper Iowa bout on Thursday, September 21. The Bulldogs go into the bout with a record of 4-7. MFL MarMac won 3-0 in their recent league bout against Postville (Postville, IA)

The Blue Devils now own a 1-9 record. They play next when they host South Winneshiek for a Upper Iowa bout on Tuesday, September 26.
