The Hill-Murray Pioneers volleyball team scored 3 points and limited the host Como Park Cougars to 1 in the Pioneers non-league victory on Tuesday.
The Pioneers now possess a 6-8 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to South St. Paul for a Metro East game on Thursday, September 21. Hill-Murray will meet a Packers team coming off a 2-1 non-league loss to Holy Family Catholic (Victoria, MN). The Packers record now stands at 4-8.
The Cougars (3-6) will now prepare for their game against Edison (Minneapolis, MN). The Tommies enter the non-league game with a 2-5 record. In their last game, Edison was dropped by Minneapolis Southwest (Minneapolis, MN), 3-0, in a league game.
