The Como-Pickton Eagles volleyball team scored 3 points and limited the visiting Rivercrest Rebels to 1 in the Eagles non-league victory on Tuesday.

The Eagles now have a 18-10 record. They put it on the line next when they host Fruitvale for a 2A Region II District 12 game on Friday, September 22. Como-Pickton will meet a Bobcats team coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to Frankston (Frankston, TX). The Bobcats record now stands at 1-12.

The Rebels (14-11) will now prepare for their game against Harts Bluff (Mt. Pleasant, TX). The Bulldogs enter the 2A Region III District 17 game with a 10-11 record.
