Colorado High School Volleyball - Gilpin County over SkyView Academy

The crowd at Tuesday's league bout between the Gilpin County Eagles (Black Hawk, CO) and the visiting SkyView Academy Hawks (Highlands Ranch, CO), saw Gilpin County's volleyball squad beat SkyView Academy by a tally of 3-0.

With the win, Gilpin County upgrades its record to 7-7 on the year. The Eagles travel to Union Colony Prep (Greeley, CO) to play the Timberwolves in a 2A/1A Mile High bout on Thursday, September 21. The Timberwolves go into the bout with a record of 1-8. Union Colony Prep lost 3-0 in their recent league bout against Lyons (Lyons, CO)

The Hawks now own a 5-5 record. They play next when they host Lyons for a 2A/1A Mile High bout on Thursday, September 21. SkyView Academy will play a Lions squad coming off a 3-0 league win over Union Colony Prep (Greeley, CO). The Lions record now stands at 7-3.
