With the win, Westwood betters its record to 2-6 on the year. The Patriots travel to Brimley (Brimley, MI) to face the Bays in a non-league outing on Saturday, September 23. The Bays go into the outing with a record of 0-4.

The Modeltowners now sport a 1-6 record. They play next when they host Negaunee for a Mid-Peninsula outing on Thursday, September 21. Gwinn will face a Miners squad coming off a 2-1 non-league win over Cheboygan (Cheboygan, MI). The Miners record now stands at 8-7.
