The Plainview Bulldogs volleyball team scored 3 points and limited the visiting Idalou Wildcats to 0 in the Bulldogs non-league victory on Tuesday.

The Bulldogs now have a 16-17 record. They put it on the line next when they host Tascosa for a 5A Region I District 3 game on Saturday, September 23. Plainview will meet a Rebels team coming off a 3-2 non-league loss to Bushland (Bushland, TX). The Rebels record now stands at 21-12.

The Wildcats (7-16) will now prepare for their game against Shallowater (Shallowater, TX). The Mustangs enter the 3A Region I District 2 game with a 18-12 record. In their last game, Shallowater gained a win over Seminole (Seminole, TX), 3-0, in a non-league game.
