Pennsylvania High School Volleyball - Western Wayne over Lackawanna Trail

Western Wayne Wildcats (Lake Ariel, PA) supporters left the game in high spirits Tuesday as they observed their volleyball squad top the host Lackawanna Trail Lions (Factoryville, PA), 3-1 in a league match.

Next up, the Wildcats clash with the Forest City Foresters (Forest City, PA) in a Lackawanna match, on Thursday, September 21. Western Wayne will attempt to advance on its 6-2 season record. The Foresters come into the match with a 1-1 record after their 3-0 league win over Mid Valley (Throop, PA).

With the loss, Lackawanna Trail drops to 2-2 on the campaign. The Lions travel to Abington Heights (Clarks Summit, PA) to clash with the Comets in a Lackawanna match on Thursday, September 21. The Comets come into the match with a record of 5-3. Abington Heights lost 3-1 in their recent league match against Blue Ridge (New Milford, PA)
