Florida High School Volleyball - New Smyrna Beach overwhelmed by Lake Highland Prep

In Tuesday's non-league battle, the host Lake Highland Prep Highlanders volleyball team scored a 3-0 triumph over the New Smyrna Beach Barracudas.

The Highlanders (7-2) will now prepare for their battle against Venice (Venice, FL). The Indians come into the non-league battle with a 10-2 record. In their last battle, Venice achieved victory over Cardinal Mooney (Sarasota, FL), 3-0, in a non-league battle.

Next, the Barracudas encounter the Spruce Creek Hawks (Port Orange, FL) in a non-league battle, on Thursday, September 21. New Smyrna Beach will attempt to advance on its 4-8 season record. The Hawks come into the battle with a 6-5 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to Charlotte (Punta Gorda, FL).
