Illinois High School Volleyball - Paxton-Buckley-Loda nudged by Monticello

The Monticello Sages volleyball team scored 2 points and limited the host Paxton-Buckley-Loda Panthers to 1 in the Sages league victory on Tuesday.

The Sages now have a 12-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host St. Thomas More for a Illini Prairie game on Thursday, September 21. Monticello will meet a Sabers team coming off a 2-0 league win over Rantoul (Rantoul, IL). The Sabers record now stands at 11-6.

The Panthers (2-8) will now prepare for their game against Tolono Unity (Tolono, IL). The Rockets enter the Illini Prairie game with a 7-12 record. In their last game, Tolono Unity was nudged by St. Joseph-Ogden (St. Joseph, IL), 2-1, in a league game.
