The Spencer Tigers volleyball team (Spencer, IA), was dropped 3-0 in Tuesday's non-league challenge with the visiting Newell-Fonda Mustangs (Newell, IA)
The Mustangs (9-6) will now prepare for their challenge against West Bend-Mallard (West Bend, IA). The Wolverines enter the Twin Lakes challenge with a 9-4 record.
Next, the Tigers meet the Estherville Lincoln Central Midgets (Estherville, IA) in a Lakes challenge, on Thursday, September 21. Spencer will attempt to move on its 7-10 season record. The Midgets enter the challenge with a 15-5 record after their 3-0 league win over Storm Lake (Storm Lake, IA).
