The Romeo Bulldogs football squad scored 21 points and limited the host Chippewa Valley Big Reds to 13 in the Bulldogs non-league triumph on Thursday.

The Bulldogs now sport a 2-1 record. They take the field next when they host Anchor Bay for a non-league test on Thursday, September 26. Romeo will meet a Tars squad coming off a 15-8 non-league loss to Utica Eisenhower (Shelby Township, MI). The Tars record now stands at 1-2.

With the defeat, Chippewa Valley drops to 3-1 on the campaign. The Big reds host Dakota (Macomb, MI) to meet the Cougars in a non-league test on Thursday, September 26. The Cougars come into the test with a record of 4-0. Dakota won 34-8 in their recent non-league test against Sterling Heights Stevenson (Sterling Heights, MI)
