The Hersey Huskies felled the host Schaumburg Saxons flag football team by a score of 20-0 in Thursday's league challenge.
In their next game, the Huskies face the Conant Cougars (Hoffman Estates, IL) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, September 23. Hersey will attempt to improve on its 10-1 season record. The Cougars go into the challenge with a 3-4 record after their 30-0 league win over Barrington (Barrington, IL).
The Saxons (8-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Wheeling (Wheeling, IL). The Wildcats go into the challenge with a 3-5 record. In their last challenge, Wheeling toppled Maine East (Park Ridge, IL), 30-8, in a non-league challenge.
