Connersville Spartans (Connersville, IN) backers exited the stadium pleased Thursday as they witnessed their soccer team triumph over the host Anderson Indians (Anderson, IN), 9-1 in a non-league test.

With the triumph, Connersville advances its record to 8-3 on the campaign. The Spartans travel to Centerville (Centerville, IN) to clash with the Bulldogs in a non-league test on Monday, September 23. The Bulldogs come into the test with a record of 4-7. Centerville lost 9-0 in their recent non-league test against Yorktown (Yorktown, IN)

The Indians now have a 3-6 record. They take the field next when they travel to Kokomo for a North Central test on Saturday, September 21. Anderson will clash with a Wildkats team coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Logansport (Logansport, IN). The Wildkats record now stands at 2-7.
