Fans at Thursday's non-league battle between the Ida B. Wells Guardians (Portland, OR) and the host Liberty Falcons (Hillsboro, OR), saw Ida B. Wells's soccer squad triumph over Liberty by a count of 8-0.

The Guardians (3-1) will now prepare for their battle against McKay (Salem, OR). The Royal Scots enter the non-league battle with a 0-3 record. In their last battle, McKay was overwhelmed by Mountainside (Beaverton, OR), 5-0, in a non-league battle.

Next up, the Falcons confront the South Albany Redhawks (Albany, OR) in a non-league battle, on Tuesday, September 24. Liberty will attempt to upgrade on its 0-3 season record. The Redhawks enter the battle with a 0-3 record after their 8-0 non-league loss to Nelson (Happy Valley, OR).
