The Muskegon Big Reds football squad scored 30 points and limited the visiting Kalamazoo Central Maroon Giants to 20 in the Big Reds non-league triumph on Thursday.
The Big Reds now hold a 2-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Mona Shores for a non-league test on Thursday, September 26. Muskegon will meet a Sailors squad coming off a 16-0 non-league win over Byron Center (Byron Center, MI). The Sailors record now stands at 4-0.
With the defeat, Kalamazoo Central drops to 3-1 on the campaign. The Maroon giants host Lakeview (Battle Creek, MI) to meet the Spartans in a non-league test on Thursday, September 26. The Spartans come into the test with a record of 1-0.
