In Thursday's league challenge, the visiting Eaton Reds volleyball team scored a close 2-1 triumph over the Sterling Tigers.

The Reds (6-0) will now prepare for their challenge against University (Greeley, CO). The Bulldogs come into the challenge with a 1-0 record. In their last challenge, University edged Elizabeth (Elizabeth, CO), 2-0, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Tigers meet the Platte Valley Broncos (Kersey, CO) in a battle, on Thursday, September 26. Sterling will attempt to improve on its 1-3 season record.
