Fans at Thursday's non-league battle between the Joplin Eagles (Joplin, MO) and the host Central Bulldogs (Springfield, MO), saw Joplin's soccer squad knock off Central by a count of 3-0.

The Eagles (7-1) will now prepare for their battle against Glendale (Springfield, MO). The Falcons enter the non-league battle with a 4-2 record. In their last battle, Glendale tipped Carthage (Carthage, MO), 4-1, in a non-league battle.

Next up, the Bulldogs battle the Bolivar Liberators (Bolivar, MO) in a Ozarks battle, on Monday, September 23. Central will attempt to upgrade on its 4-6 season record.
