With the triumph, Columbus East advances its record to 5-4 on the campaign. The Olympians host Floyd Central (Floyds Knobs, IN) to clash with the Highlanders in a Hoosier Hills test on Tuesday, September 24. The Highlanders come into the test with a record of 6-5. Floyd Central lost 3-0 in their recent non-league test against Castle (Newburgh, IN)

The Panthers now have a 0-8 record. They take the field next when they travel to Seymour for a Hoosier Hills test on Thursday, September 26. Jennings County will clash with a Owls team coming off a 4-1 non-league win over Lawrenceburg (Lawrenceburg, IN). The Owls record now stands at 8-5.
