Fans at Thursday's non-league battle between the Haddon Township Hawks (Westmont, NJ) and the host Moorestown Friends Foxes (Moorestown, NJ), saw Haddon Township's soccer squad hold off Moorestown Friends by a count of 3-2.

The Hawks (3-0) will now prepare for their battle against Eastern (Voorhees, NJ). The Vikings enter the non-league battle with a 6-1 record. In their last battle, Eastern tipped Cherokee (Marlton, NJ), 3-1, in a league battle.

Next up, the Foxes battle the Bordentown Scotties (Bordentown, NJ) in a non-league battle, on Tuesday, September 24. Moorestown Friends will attempt to upgrade on its 3-1 season record. The Scotties enter the battle with a 2-1 record after their 2-1 non-league win over Palmyra (Palmyra, NJ).
