In Thursday's non-league outing, the visiting Hannibal Pirates soccer squad scored a tight 1-0 victory over the Quincy Blue Devils.

The Pirates (9-2) will now prepare for their outing against Mexico (Mexico, MO). The Bulldogs go into the North Central Missouri outing with a 4-3 record. In their last outing, Mexico was edged by Moberly (Moberly, MO), 8-0, in a league outing.

Next up, the Blue Devils confront the Glenwood Titans (Chatham, IL) in a non-league outing, on Saturday, September 21. Quincy will attempt to improve on its 1-10 season record. The Titans go into the outing with a 8-3 record after their 1-0 league win over Jacksonville (Jacksonville, IL).
