The Northmont Thunderbolts soccer squad scored 10 points and held the visiting Miami East Vikings to 0 in the Thunderbolts non-league victory on Thursday.

The Thunderbolts now hold a 5-5 record. They play next when they travel to Carroll for a non-league bout on Tuesday, September 24. Northmont will play a Patriots squad coming off a 5-0 non-league loss to Indian Hill (Cincinnati, OH). The Patriots record now stands at 10-1.

With the loss, Miami East moves to 1-9 on the year. The Vikings travel to Troy Christian (Troy, OH) to play the Eagles in a Three Rivers bout on Monday, September 23. The Eagles go into the bout with a record of 6-4.
