The Fairland Owls the host Arnett Wildcats softball squad by a count of 2-0 in Thursday's non-league challenge.
Next, the Owls play the Ripley Warriors (Ripley, OK) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, September 20. Fairland will attempt to upgrade on its 27-6 season record. The Warriors enter the challenge with a 15-14 record after their 6-0 non-league win over Poteau (Poteau, OK).
The Wildcats (14-13) will now prepare for their challenge against Shawnee (Shawnee, OK). The Wolves enter the non-league challenge with a 4-12 record. In their last challenge, Shawnee by Glenpool (Glenpool, OK), 14-4, in a non-league challenge.
