Indiana High School Volleyball - Winchester Community over Anderson

September 19, 2024: Anderson, IN 46013

In Thursday's non-league challenge, the visiting Winchester Community Golden Falcons volleyball team scored a 3-0 triumph over the Anderson Indians.

The Golden Falcons (14-5) will now prepare for their challenge against Seton Catholic (Richmond, IN). The Cardinals come into the non-league challenge with a 11-5 record. In their last challenge, Seton Catholic beat Liberty Christian (Anderson, IN), 3-0, in a league challenge.

Next, the Indians meet the Greenfield-Central Cougars (Greenfield, IN) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, October 8. Anderson will attempt to upgrade on its 0-9 season record.

Match Summary

Thursday evening, September 19, 2024 the Lady Falcons traveled to Anderson High School in Anderson, Indiana to face the Lady Indians. In the Varsity Match, the Lady Falcons beat the Lady Indians 3-0 with the following scores: 25-13, 25-7, and 25-9. In the JV Match, the Lady Falcons defeated the Lady Indians 2-0 with the following scores: 25-15, 25-20.
The Lady Falcons will be back in action next week at the Historic Winchester Fieldhouse as they face Seton Catholic on Monday, September 23rd; and Centerville on Tuesday, September 24th. The JV Matches start at 6:00 pm with the Varsity Match to follow. Come out and support the Lady Falcons. -
