In Thursday's non-league match, the McKinley Tech Trainers (Washington, DC) volleyball squad tipped the visiting Bard Falcons (Washington, DC), by a count of 2-1.
Next up, the Trainers battle the Coolidge Colts (Washington, DC) in a non-league match, on Tuesday, September 24. McKinley Tech will attempt to move on its 4-3 season record. The Colts enter the match with a 0-4 record after their 0-0 league Jackson-Reed (Washington, DC).
The Falcons (0-3) will now prepare for their match against MacArthur (Washington, DC). The Mammoths enter the DCIAA match with a 5-2 record. In their last match, MacArthur held off Eastern (Washington, DC), 2-0, in a league match.
