In Thursday's league challenge, the host Bishop Ryan Lions volleyball team scored a 3-0 triumph over the Surrey Mustangs.
The Lions (5-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Mohall/Lansford/Sherwood (Renville, ND). The Mavericks come into the B - Region 6 District 12 challenge with a 0-4 record. In their last challenge, Mohall/Lansford/Sherwood was beaten by Our Redeemer's Christian (Minot, ND), 3-0, in a league challenge.
Next, the Mustangs meet the Our Redeemer's Christian Knights (Minot, ND) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, September 24. Surrey will attempt to upgrade on its 2-3 season record. The Knights come into the challenge with a 10-1 record after their 3-0 league win over Mohall/Lansford/Sherwood (Renville, ND).
