The University City Centurions volleyball team scored 3 points and restricted the host Canyon Crest Academy Ravens to 0 in the Centurions non-league triumph on Thursday.

The Centurions now possess a 11-3 record. They play next when they host Mater Dei Catholic for a non-league outing on Tuesday, September 24. University City will play a Crusaders team coming off a 2-1 non-league loss to Mission Bay (San Diego, CA). The Crusaders record now stands at 8-5.

With the loss, Canyon Crest Academy drops to 0-22 on the campaign. The Ravens travel to Mission Hills (San Marcos, CA) to play the Grizzlies in a Palomar outing on Tuesday, September 24. The Grizzlies come into the outing with a record of 14-6. Mission Hills won 3-0 in their recent non-league outing against Mission Bay (San Diego, CA)
