With the win, San Tan Foothills advances its record to 2-7 on the season. The Sabercats travel to Gilbert Christian (Gilbert, AZ) to face the Knights in a 2A - East test on Friday, September 20. The Knights go into the test with a record of 14-1. Gilbert Christian won 3-0 in their recent non-league test against ALA - West Foothills (Waddell, AZ)

The Trojans now sport a 0-9 record. They put it on the line next when they host Douglas for a non-league test on Tuesday, September 24. Catalina will face a Bulldogs squad coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Flowing Wells (Tucson, AZ). The Bulldogs record now stands at 6-2.
