The Colby Eagles volleyball team scored 2 points and restricted the host McCook Bison to 0 in the Eagles non-league triumph on Thursday.

The Eagles now have a 6-3 record. They play next when they travel to Garden City for a non-league outing on Saturday, September 21. Colby will play a Buffaloes team coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Ulysses (Ulysses, KS). The Buffaloes record now stands at 4-6.

With the loss, McCook drops to 4-5 on the campaign. The Bison host Chase County (Imperial, NE) to meet the Longhorns in a non-league contest on Saturday, September 21. The Longhorns enter the contest with a record of 6-2. Chase County won 3-1 in their recent non-league contest against Sedgwick County (Julesburg, CO)
