Kentucky High School Volleyball - Franklin County over Corbin

September 19, 2024: Corbin, KY 40701

The Franklin County Flyers volleyball team scored 3 points and restricted the host Corbin Redhounds to 0 in the Flyers non-league triumph on Thursday.

The Flyers now have a 23-2 record. They play next when they travel to Christian Academy-Louisville for a non-league outing on Friday, September 20. Franklin County will play a Centurions team coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Spencer County (Taylorsville, KY). The Centurions record now stands at 15-2.

With the loss, Corbin drops to 12-3 on the campaign. The Redhounds host Madison Central (Richmond, KY) to play the Indians in a non-league outing on Monday, September 23. The Indians come into the outing with a record of 7-8. Madison Central won 3-1 in their recent non-league outing against Cooper (Union, KY)
