In Thursday's non-league challenge, the visiting James Clemens Jets volleyball team scored a 2-0 triumph over the East Limestone Indians.

The Jets (13-15) will now prepare for their challenge against Brewer (Somerville, AL). The Patriots come into the non-league challenge with a 7-16 record. In their last challenge, Brewer beat Westminster Christian Academy (Huntsville, AL), 3-2, in a league challenge.

Next, the Indians meet the Westminster Christian Academy Wildcats (Huntsville, AL) in a 5A Area 16 challenge, on Monday, September 23. East Limestone will attempt to upgrade on its 11-12 season record. The Wildcats come into the challenge with a 4-13 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to Albertville (Albertville, AL).
