Frederick Douglass Broncos (Lexington, KY) followers left the game satisfied Thursday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the visiting George Rogers Clark Cardinals (Winchester, KY), 3-0 in a non-league test.

With the win, Frederick Douglass advances its record to 13-5 on the season. The Broncos host Scott County (Georgetown, KY) to face the Cardinals in a District 42 test on Tuesday, September 24. The Cardinals go into the test with a record of 6-5.

The Cardinals now sport a 8-7 record. They put it on the line next when they host Paris for a District 40 test on Tuesday, September 24.
