Fans at Thursday's non-league contest between the Hays Indians (Hays, KS) and the visiting Pratt Greenbacks (Pratt, KS), observed Hays's volleyball team top Pratt by a count of 2-0.

The Indians (9-5) will now prepare for their contest against Ulysses (Ulysses, KS). The Tigers enter the non-league contest with a 5-3 record. In their last contest, Ulysses was knocked off by Scott (Scott City, KS), 2-1, in a league contest.

Next, the Greenbacks battle the Ulysses Tigers (Ulysses, KS) in a non-league contest, on Thursday, September 19. Pratt will attempt to move on its 11-6 season record. The Tigers enter the contest with a 5-3 record after their 2-1 league loss to Scott (Scott City, KS).
