In Thursday's league challenge, the visiting Wewahitchka Gators volleyball team scored a 3-1 victory over the Port St. Joe Tiger Sharks.
The Gators (9-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Cottondale (Cottondale, FL). The Hornets enter the non-league challenge with a 11-1 record. In their last challenge, Cottondale beat Vernon (Vernon, FL), 3-0, in a league challenge.
Next, the Tiger Sharks meet the Altha Wildcats (Altha, FL) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, September 23. Port St. Joe will attempt to upgrade on its 5-5 season record. The Wildcats enter the challenge with a 2-10 record after their 3-0 non-league win over Munroe (Quincy, FL).
