The Norwalk Warriors football squad scored 53 points and limited the host Ames Little Cyclones to 0 in the Warriors non-league triumph on Friday.

The Warriors now hold a 1-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Iowa City for a 5A Group 1 test on Friday, September 26. Norwalk will face a Little Hawks team coming off a 40-21 non-league loss to Cedar Falls (Cedar Falls, IA). The Little Hawks record now stands at 0-4.

The Little Cyclones (0-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Roosevelt (Des Moines, IA). The Roughriders go into the 5A Group 3 challenge with a 1-3 record. In their last challenge, Roosevelt was ripped by Dallas Center-Grimes (Dallas Center, IA), 39-6, in a non-league challenge.
