The Buchtel Griffins football squad (Akron, OH), was trounced 48-6 in Friday's non-league contest with the host Austintown-Fitch Falcons (Youngstown, OH)

The Falcons (4-1) will now prepare for their bout against Perry (Massillon, OH). The Panthers go into the non-league bout with a 3-2 record.
