Virginia High School Football - Battlefield beat Gar-Field

September 19, 2025: Woodbridge, VA 22192

The Battlefield Bobcats football team scored 35 points and held the host Gar-Field Red Wolves to 14 in the Bobcats non-league victory on Friday.

In their next game, the Bobcats face the Independence (Ashburn, VA) in a Cedar Run challenge, on Friday, September 26. Battlefield will attempt to improve on its 4-0 season record. The enter the challenge with a 2-1 record after their 42-0 non-league win over Briar Woods (Ashburn, VA).

The Red Wolves (1-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Freedom (Woodbridge, VA). The Eagles enter the Cardinal outing with a 0-4 record. In their last outing, Freedom was defeated by Mountain View (Stafford, VA), 51-6, in a non-league outing.
