The Vista Murrieta Broncos edged the visiting Beaumont Cougars football team by a score of 21-14 in Friday's non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Broncos clash with the El Camino Wildcats (Oceanside, CA) in a non-league outing, on Friday, September 26. Vista Murrieta will attempt to move on its 4-0 season record. The Wildcats come into the outing with a 2-2 record after their 17-7 non-league win over Apple Valley (Apple Valley, CA).

With the defeat, Beaumont drops to 4-1 on the campaign. The Cougars host Redlands (Redlands, CA) to clash with the Terriers in a Citrus Belt outing on Friday, October 3.
