In Friday's league match, the visiting Burr Oak Bobcats football squad scored a decisive 52-14 triumph over the Tekonsha Indians.
The Bobcats (3-1) will now prepare for their battle against Waldron (Waldron, MI). The Spartans go into the Southern Central - Blue (8 Man) battle with a 3-1 record. In their last battle, Waldron walloped North Adams-Jerome (North Adams, MI), 54-6, in a league battle.
The Indians now hold a 0-4 record. They take the field next when they host Potterville for a non-league match on Friday, September 26. Tekonsha will meet a Vikings squad coming off a 58-20 non-league loss to Montabella (Blanchard, MI). The Vikings record now stands at 1-3.
