The Lewis Central Titans got by the visiting Carroll Tigers football team by a score of 35-34 in Friday's non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Titans face the Glenwood Rams (Glenwood, IA) in a 4A District 6 challenge, on Friday, September 26. Lewis Central will attempt to improve on its 2-2 season record. The Rams go into the challenge with a 3-1 record after their 14-10 non-league loss to Sergeant Bluff-Luton (Sergeant Bluff, IA).

The Tigers (1-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Harlan (Harlan, IA). The Cyclones go into the 3A District 6 challenge with a 1-3 record. In their last test, Harlan tipped Denison-Schleswig (Denison, IA), 28-0, in a non-league test.
